[KinoSearch] ANNOUNCE: KinoSearch-0.30_10 released

Greets,

KinoSearch 0.30_10 is available from rectangular.com and has been uploaded to
CPAN.

This release batches together several low-level forwards-incompatible
file-format improvements (version 0.30_10 can read indexes written by 0.30_09,
but 0.30_09 cannot read indexes written by 0.30_10, so once you go forward,
you can't go back without reindexing).  It also fixes a security flaw which
could potentially affect users who read untrusted indexes (an uncommon usage
pattern).  Such users should upgrade; for others, this update is optional.

There are no public API changes aside from the index version bump.
