[KinoSearch] anecdotal evidence: index size and search speed

On a fairly modest machine we've got 90MB worth of docs (20K records
indexed and sortable at quite a few points in the data) and queries
are running 15-80ms on average. I have noticed the same speed on
smaller sets of test docs so I expect that performance scales very
well indeed.

I'm amazed at how well it works, how easy it is to use, and I wish I
had started working with it earlier.
