Done as of revision 4697.

RegexpTermQuery's highlight_spans() method should still be changed to return
an empty arrayref rather than undef, but it's not worth an extra release since
we're just trying to keep up with KS svn trunk.  I've got your 3 KSx distros
and I'm running tests and keeping little compatibility patches installed so
that trunk's code churn doesn't invalidate them without a good reason.  I'll
be starting work on the revisions to the Highlighter soon, though, and we'll
probably need to update two of your distros then.
