[KinoSearch] KinoSearch 0.30_04

Greets,

KinoSearch 0.30_04 ascended into CPAN a few hours ago.  The timing of this
release is driven by the Stemmer bugfix, but it also contains a goody for
Windows users.

  Bugfixes:
 
    * Stemmer had been malfunctioning, producing incorrect stems in some cases
      and bailing out with "invalid UTF-8" errors in others.  Bug found and 
      solution proposed by Nick Wellnhofer.

  Features:

    * Memory mapping implemented for Windows, so now that platform gets fast
      Searcher opens and minimized search-time process memory footprint too.

  Compatibility:

    * Indexes that utilize Stemmer must be regenerated.

Memory mapping sort caches has been a resounding success.  Here at Eventful,
we have one index that was taking 13 seconds on the first search after reopen
to warm the sort cache, then 0.04 seconds for each search after that.  After
the MMAP change, the first search also takes 0.04 seconds.
