[KinoSearch] Omitted results for different num_wanted values

I gave 0.30_02 a try and noticed that some searches with num_wanted => 10 return different results than searches with num_wanted => 20. One of the first ten results with num_wanted => 20 is missing from the results with num_wanted => 10. All those searches return between 11 and 20 total results.
