[KinoSearch] win32 kinosearch 0.20 confirm bug...

Thanks Zak and Clif for confirming there is a problem building charmony.h on
win32 for 0.20.  Hopefully Marvin has some time outside his full-time job to
fix this to benefit the win32 users.  0.16 worked great on win32 but I need
the new utf-8 support badly.  Thanks, H
