HitDoc is done as of r2967.

The next step would be to modify the Hits class:

   * Rename fetch_hit_hashref to fetch_hit().
   * Eliminate anything having to do with highlighting.
   * Use $doc->set_doc_num($doc_num).
   * Use $doc->set_score instead of putting the score in a faux-field.
   * Modify test files, sample apps, and tutorials (? dunno if I got to
     those) as needed.
