[KinoSearch] leak checking for mmap()/munmap()

Hi Marvin --

I think I noticed a post a while ago about an undetected leak with the
new mmap() code. Here's an untested patch that should let Valgrind
track things better. I've used this approach elsewhere, so I know it
works in theory, but I'm not able to build KinoSearch right now to
test. Feel free to ignore it if you hit any difficulty applying it,
and I'll get around to it eventually.

ps. Valgrind can also track file descriptors if you use --track-fds=yes
