[KinoSearch] KinoSearch::Search::SortSpec search process runaway

Sigh.  This was a result of permissions/file ownership wrt
apache/search.cgi (and my love-affair with working as root) - nothing to
do with KinoSearch.  Once the permissions were fixed, KS with sorting
worked flawlessly.
