Well, that's how KS works.

The only thing that's in there right now is Charmonizer. The way I'm
working right now is to rewrite parts of KS so they could potentially
work in Lucy after swapping out "kino" prefixes for "lucy" prefixes
and review by the other committers. So there isn't a lot of evidence
of movement in the Lucy repository. All the action is happening in
the KS repository.
